Hi, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (MFC 84481) and registered art therapist (ATCB# 14-027). As a licensed marriage and family therapist and a registered art therapist I can provide traditional talk therapy, art therapy, or a combination of both based upon what best fits your needs. My focuses include working with children and adults challenged by anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce and separation and other life transitions. I also work with parents and families to improve parenting and communication skills and address family concerns. I believe the process of therapy is about self-discovery as well as healing and should bring resolution, not just in the area of concern, but through increased confidence, feelings of self-worth, empowerment, and efficacy to create a strong foundation for ongoing happiness and success.
